Where do I find my tracking number?+
Your Pigeon Post tracking number (format: PP-XXXXXX-XXXX) was sent by email and SMS when your order was picked up. Check your junk/spam folder if you can’t find it. Business account clients can also find all tracking numbers in the Pigeon Post dashboard.
How often does the tracking update?+
GPS location updates every 90 seconds while the driver is on route. Status milestones (Picked Up, Out for Delivery, Delivered) update in real-time as the driver scans each event.
What does “Out for Delivery” mean?+
Your package is on a Pigeon Post van and actively being delivered. You should receive your package within the estimated window shown. You’ll receive an SMS notification approximately 60 minutes before the driver is expected at your address.
My package shows delivered but I haven’t received it.+
First, check the proof-of-delivery photo in your tracking link — it shows exactly where the package was left. Check with neighbours, building management, or a secured area near your door. If you still can’t locate it, contact us immediately at hello@pigeonpost.ca or (780) 999-0000 and we’ll investigate within 2 hours.
Can I change my delivery address?+
Address changes are possible if the package has not yet been loaded onto a delivery vehicle. Contact us by phone at (780) 999-0000 as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once the driver is on route.
What happens if no one is home?+
Our driver will attempt delivery twice. If safe, we’ll leave the package in a secure location and photograph it. If no safe location exists, we’ll leave a door tag with redelivery instructions. Contact us to schedule a second delivery window at no extra charge.
My tracking number isn’t working.+
Tracking numbers activate within 15 minutes of pickup scan. If your number still doesn’t work after 30 minutes, please contact your sender to confirm the tracking number, or reach us at hello@pigeonpost.ca with your order details.
